I know some people have a problem with the way the compnay distributes commissins to their customers( businees distributers)... acording to company's point of  view.... what they want really... like all other companies they want to make profits... so what is the proble while they earn profits their cutomers also gain somthing... if we deeply analyse we can see the profit margin that they give to customers is not very big margin... friends we always see the bad side... but there is a good side also. let's get a normal company... as you think how much they allocat for the compnay profits.. if we think it's 10% from the product cost,  how many intermediaries between the production company and the end custemer... regional distributers,country distributers,, area agents,, retailres so just think how many profits margines and cost allocatins is benig occured... every thing from water bill to Ceo's MD's sallery fuels, phone bills... that's how the every organization run...so you people have to think about this... I don't want to urgure with pointless thing... so that's why I mantioned earliyer time I have a problem with the products that they distrubute currently in sri lanka... but I know Quest net company has more than 20 subsidaries with thier own producs...   so in this tipe of ompanies that  cost margin between the production compnay and the custemer is given to their customers so they have a chance to earn and they are encouraged to refer more customers... so ultimate company objective is sucsessful while it's custemers earen a commision.  and you ask why the top line people have a gain from bottem line people... I saw this is goning as a tema work so uplevel people have to support to bottom line people to find their custemrs. other wise they also have nothing if they don't work.... but upline people don't need to work in their life time it's enugh to work hard just 2-3 years... there is no short cuts to earn money... they must work hard if they find more and more.... I know we have different point of views... sompeople say it's good while sompeople say it's bad... everything has good and bad...if we see only the bad we cant egage wiht those type of things... but that's ok... sompeople do that sompeole dont do.... everyone dont like to be a doctor... that's why I did commerce and enter to university..Now I'm an undergraduate of University of Sri Jayawardenapura... I'm not a part of this bussiness but my friends... but My mind is always open to get new things and analyse their goods and bads... lets talk more... you can say anything...no problem... bye friends...</blockquote>
