They were responsible for the creation of terror groups like Al Qaeda, and ISIS in recent times. Why all of this? First create problems like terrorism and then appears to trying so hard to stop it. The answer lies in oil and whatever other resources they are interested in a given region. They do want war. They want to topple governments that deny them.
