At that time mobitel was the best paying sort after job. 5/6 of those positions were already reserved for "friends". But still they interviewed for all 6 positions pretending that they would hire. I never applied, but I felt sad about that because at that time I didn't know anyone to get jobs using connections.Fast forward 11 years.
