There are advantages and nothing else by learning, and learning it correctly, a language like English. There is a Japanese person whom I know went to Hawai and stayed there two years for the purpose of learning the English language. Now he is the President of  a micro-robotics company. There are people in Japan and Chnina who will pay anything to learn good English. Our fools discourage our people and so many opportunities are lost for our people. Inward people like Gewindu Kumaratunga, Nalin Perea  are regressive in their thinking. Now I think JVP have realized even bit too late that and has said in their policy statement that we must develop our human resource. Can we give employment to all within the country.  Our opportunities are there outside but you can make use of them by being in the country but by knowing how to communicate with them through technology.</p></blockquote><p></p>
