School either the student or the Parents.. this is a whole structure which falls apart to this incident. all should be responsible for some extent. you cant blaim the parents coz they even give mobile phones or not. it may for the security purposes or to get connected with the student easily. you cant blaim school or the teachers. coz they are also doing their job and everyone should be responsible for things like this.  i feel that student couldnt handle the pressure and suicided. but its not the solution for anything. its the problem to everything. and for the person who start this thread. you dont have to worry about your student. coz its not Museus college problem. its problem to all the college's and all the students.</p></blockquote><p></p>
