Would like to make you aware of few concerns being faced so far with KWID.•    Poor Mileage : Committed mileage is of 25Kmpl….whereas I haven’t got 13 + mileage till now in city areas and on highways it was just 15 -16 + Kmpl .I have driven approx. 5000 Km’s till now and tested several times the mileage but the results are always same.•    Engine Noise + AC issue : It becomes intolerable when AC is on. Since few months especially in heavy traffic with AC ON in the first & second gears the engine doesn’t respond & the vehicle doesn’t move even we press the accelerator, this is really frustrating and irritates me as the vehicle doesn’t move, this is not only causing inconvenience to me but to other people who are behind my vehicle also gets struck in the traffic along with me, this is really an embarrassing situation which I can’t even explain you.•    Low Pick up : No pickup once the speed is lowered near speed breakers. Need to press / depress few times to again make the car moving. Not getting proper mileage in the city condition, unfortunately its under 13-14 KMPL•    Water Seepage : Faced till now heavy water seepage while the car is park / running in heavy rain •    Digital Meter issue : Fuel bar reflection is also inaccurate .Though the fuel tank was full it shows empty sign and the alarm got raised. Whereas same was reset by service center also but of no use.I am not getting any satisfaction with this vehicle and never felt I am owning a brand new car. So far 1000 Km Crossed I am getting Mileage of 12.7 Km/ L as per Display in the car. Informed to Kivraj about the Issue. They promised that it will be Checked while the First Services on 18th April. Sometimes Vibration observed while riding in Third Gear. Gears are very hard not Enchaining properly. NO EXPECTED THIS KIND OF POOR QUALITY FROM RENAULT. Note: I am not a beginner for driving, i am driving the car past 15years.RegardsSaravanan9840014134Chennai...................................................................Engine oil below block tapSir i brought Renault kwid on 01/01/2016 i drive just 388km yesterday happen big problem that problem is in drive time suddenly one small size rock hotting below the engine oil block tap suddenly oil for leakage .any car u see the engine oil tap coted with aluminium, but this is the cheapest fiber tap .this type of problem will happen how to buy your cars and customer how to belive your company one of the cheapest manufacturer i never seen this type of company .now company said this is your fault pay 5000 bill. what is my fault i have brought 55000rs bike the engine oil tap coted with aluminium. i have pay your car arround 450000rs this is just fiber oil tap. and also engine was very much sound came....................................................................Engine Noise/low mileage/ACI purchased RENAULT KWID in January-16. This really makes me think about the vehicle durability & reliability on a long run. Below is my problem description. I have written a mail to Renault and expecting a response from their authorities on what assurance & confidence that they are going to give us on this vehicles durability and reliability? If the response is not convincing I would request all the KWID owners to highlight this so that we can form a group and file a consumer case with the Manufacturer for selling an unreliable & problematic vehicle and causing inconvenience to the customers. Space below headlights renders water and dust accumulation. 2. Water is leaking and coming inside the seats.3. A large space below front glass leads to water accumulation, dust accumulation.4. Gear box is not working properly. Problem in 2nd gear.5. If AC is on, car sounds with vibrations. In this case car takes time to speed. And here is most imp issue - Climbing - 4-5 feet slope( not very sharp); Even alto can climb easily without rolling backward. However KWID - its scary. I have been using this car since oct 2015.
