The agreement with customers may state that customer cannot relocate decorders to any other place. (Please verify this if u r in Sri Lanka). Due to a similar reason, the dish TV of Zee group india, two years back, published a warning adv in Oman newspapers saying that they will take legal action against those who bring there decorders to Oman. But Oman authorities rejected it and allowed free access to bring receivers and use them freely in Oman. So I think it is the problem of the home country of the operator, not the foreign country where signals could be received. I think dialog will have to attend to either of the following to enable our humble request. 1. Simply expand the coverage to Middle East to enable enthusiastic customers (like us) who pay annualy and relocate their decorders to Middle East (As some indian providers do right now). Dialog TV shall pretend that they do not know anything about the relocations done by cutomers. 2. Obtain government approval to use decorders outside SL and expand the coverage to Middle East. (This is the most legal option for dialog TV) What do you all think? What we would suggest to Dialog TV?</blockquote>
