Get 2 Photo Copies of NIC/ Original Book (You have to take Old Sticker/Plates or Return those when getting new number plates and 3. Go to RMV Narahenpita and follow S5 Guidelines or ask from Receptionist (Plate office is on back side)4. Go to Peoples bank branch at RMV and do the payment5.
