Even u.s Astronauts take a trip to the ISS in those for 15 million bucks per ride SALT (stratergic arms limitations treaty) banned the use or orbital weapons so this is mostly hot air  , Russia may have orbital bombardment systems (similar to the THOR thungsten orbital rod system) but world will and will not allow those weapons up there</blockquote>
