Message: <blockquote data-quote="rapa" data-source="post: 2377362" data-attributes="member: 212">Pinwath Loku Swaminwahanse conducted the monthly Bhawana Programme at Bandarawela on the 5th July 2008. Though the programme was earlier scheduled to be held at the Town Hall Premises, the location was later shifted to the public grounds due to some issues in obtaining the venue. There were around 20,000 devotees participated in the event from various parts of the island, which is said to be the highest number participated at a event held at the public grounds (so far).
