I agree that in most of the  surgeries they are done by consultants themselves. But if you take an discipline like Anaesthesia, that is bit different. Most of the times the full list is managed by MOs without the boss. The consultant is called only in case of an emergency. This is the  case  in any hospital and this is where SAITAM fails due to that MO issue. BTW, pls note that, pulmonary edema (noncardiogenic) can be caused by the bad management of Anesthetist.
