You will realize by the next day after seeing their faces that how did the exam go. Final mbbs is not a exams for everyone. You may not know this  but atleast 200 students from the all gvt universities are repeated every year. Around 4,5 students become critically mentally ill and will need treatments for lifetime. And sad to say 1,2 students will suicide. It is happening to brightest students af the country. This 6 yrs course is not as simple as you think..however PMCs are going to extablish in the country anyway.
