Now the situation is exactly like court disable the MoH, PHI because one of the hotel owner and a customer complained against a PHI. Now, at the moment there are no one regulating the country's medical degree awarding universities. Any one of you are able to start a shop and can give a certificate called MBBS and the certificate holder can request for the provincial registration of SLMC. SLMC should give the acceptance and the certificate holder can start practice.. It's up to the people to decide whether the decision of the court is correct or wrong. I personally do not accept this court decision because it can harm the country's health sector. GMOA should stand against it.</blockquote>
