What I am saying is this court decision entirely wrong and it was done according to their internal agenda. What you are saying is correct but only with facts. If this judges wanted to give such a big decision they should allow GMOA to participate in this case.  The court rejected the GMOA's reguest. It was a planned one. If the court did have a good intention then they should call for all the affected parties and the parties that will affect. you can say that judges acted according to the order of constitution.  But If judges needed they could have found a pathway around it. Whatever it is now they gave a decision. Don't try to say that the judges are innocent. I am not saying that the GMOA is right. GMOA have some sort of bad habit on intervening everything they can see. I am not saying that the everything done by the GMOA is correct but in this situation they should act. someone should act.this is the most idiotic court judgement ever.. It doesn't matter that whether the judges acted according to constitution or not. They have made a decision that will affect badly on country's health sector.</blockquote>
