Bu it should be regulated and should rise it's quality. Those SAITM students should complete their education too. but they need to rank against the gvt students before they enter the hospitals to do their internship. If they can sit on final mbbs then they can mix with gvt students to obtain a higher rank. If they are willing to do Act 16 then they will rank after the gvt students and will mixed with foreign student.If they don't do any exam, where would they rank? After all gvt and foreign students? GMOA is not making an Act. They are discussing with the relavant ministers about the issue.
