Mr. Premadasa said in a statement today that this is essential so that  the children who have sat for the examination could plan their future  effectively. The UNP Deputy Leader said education authorities including the Minister  and the Commissioner General of Examination should take the  responsibility for this blunder. DM</blockquote>
