Because most of the users already having Dialog or Mobitel connections and their giving outgoing free within the network.In other hand Mobitel giving outgoing free for landlines too. So don't expect a big bang from AirTel.Other than that, there should be market competition. If mobitel, dialog all get closed then Airtel will rise charges again. If you check Airtel India site you can see its not cheap comparing to current offers from Mobitel and Dialog. Remember its mentioning the prices from Indian Rupees.</blockquote>
