After making the payment, I got the balance amount via sms and when I deduced that amount from the balance of the previous SMS I noted that I have been charged 112,952LKR.After 2 days I called the card center to reconfirm the amount charged and the customer support agent confirmed that the same amount has been charged.But I got my statement on 30th December 2022 and found that you have charged 118,034.50LKR.I called the card center today and they said that there will be an additional charge which will be calculated when issuing the card statement. This is really unfair and unacceptable. You should charge this additional amount at the time of the transaction and inform the customer. Even after two days when I called customer support, you didn't even calculate it and informed me 20 days after the payment.</blockquote>
