AppCloud isn't new. Existed since several years ago, even on their Smart TV too. But with later Android releases it cannot be disabled. It was referred to as Israeli spyware. I am not sure whether there's any truth in that claim, however, it was initially developed by an Israeli company ironSource (now bought by the US company Unity)
