Mr. Haripriya Silva is the chief coordinator of apolitical Common Candidate Gen. Sarath Fonseka. As Mr. Silva was not present at the time the officers had visited the house again at 10.00 a.m. today.  A member of the media unit of the apolitical Common Candidate said the Defense Secretary is aiming to arrest Gen. Sarath Fonseka’s coordinating secretary the way Ven. Uvatenne Sumana Thero was arrested on false charges.  The CID officers who had arrived at Senaka Silva’s mother’s residence had left a letter ordering him to call over at the CID office. The letter in Sinhalese is reproduced here: 1979 - අංක 15 දරන නඩු විධාන සංග‍්‍රහ පනතේ වගන්ති 109 (6) යටතේ කරනු ලබන නියමය.   1. කොළඹ කොටුව නවමහලේකම් ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ පිහිටි අපරාධ පරීක්‍ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ සේවය කරනපොලිස් පරීක්‍ෂක කරුණාතිලක වන මම 1979 අංක 15 දරණ අපරාධ නඩු විධිවිධානසංග‍්‍රහය පනතේ 6වන පරිච්ඡේදයේ පීඩාකාරී ආයුධ නීති විරෝධි ලෙස ප‍්‍රවාහනයකිරීම සඳහා ආධාර අනුබලදීම සඳහා පරීක්‍ෂණයක් පවත්වාගෙන යමි.   2. ඉහත කී පරීක්‍ෂණ සම්බන්ධයෙන් අවස්ථාගත කරුණු ඔබ දන්නා බවට තොරතුරු අනාවරණය වී ඇති බැවින්, ඔබ කැඳවා ප‍්‍රශ්න කිරීමට අවශ්‍ය වී ඇත.   3. එහෙයින්, 1979 අංක 15 දරන අපරාධ නඩු විධාන සංග‍්‍රහ පනතේ වගන්ති 109 (6) යටතේ මා වෙතපැවරී ඇති බලතල අනුව 2010 ජනවාරී 25වන දින පැය 09.00 ට කොළඹ කොටුව මහලේකම්ගොඩනැගිල්ලේ සිව්වන/පස්වන මහලේ අපරාධ පරීක්‍ෂණ දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවේ සමූහමංකොල්ල විමර්ශන අංශයට පැමිණ පෙනී සිටින ලෙස ඔබට මෙයින් නියම කරමි.   විමර්ශන නිලධාරී 2010.01.24</blockquote>
