I wanted to do it a second time and PM'd him but he said he isnt doing it anymore. He offered me to refund the money immediately which not many people around here would do anyway. I dont care if he's a Muslim or an African or whatever, as long as the service is good and honest I will use it. Anyway, are you offering recharging service @after?
