These boats have been used by terrorist activities by the tigers. Further tents marked with UNHCR were also recovered by STF within the same terrorist base.In several occasions security forces have found, when they captured the terrorists' bases, materials belong to NGO has been used by Tamil Terrorists.Government and other public organization like SPUR, SLUNA,  WAPS have written to Secretary General of United Nation to take immediate actions against those NGO official associated with Tamil Terrorists in order to stop passing these humanitarian aid   related materials to terrorist hands.JHU staged similar protest in front another Pro-LTTE terrorist Christian NGO when the media Center for National Security has reveled that the KandikudichchiAru LTTE camp was equipped with a hospital funded by a fundamentalist Christian NGO called "ZOA Refugee Care" of the Netherlands.</blockquote>
