I think nobody should ride 2 wheeled vehicles (not segways) with clothing which hinders movement. They should stick to 4 wheels or take the damn bus if they want to doll up and go places. It's Much better than putting themselves and others at risk because their clothes restricted movement, which got in to the way of avoiding an accident. BTW, I'm not calling scooters feminine or effeminate (there's nothing wrong with being either). Don't care even if Elton John or resurrected Freddie Mercury showed up on one of those. They just suck in terms of handling, performance, fuel economy and pleasure. Also, the riders are more careless compared to others.</blockquote>
