I think admin can limit his posts or give him a special section that he can post and then ban him from all other sections and those who want to get ranted their own mothers then can go and mess up with his rants and those who don't want to mess up with him then can avoid him. no one wants to get ranted just because he is mentally sick. being sick is not a reason to justify his actions</blockquote>
