SHL issued 139 million shares at 29 rupees at a public offer. More that 21 million shares of Softlogic Holdings were traded generating 418 million rupees. </strong></span></p><p><span style="color: #292929"></span></p><p><span style="color: #292929"><strong> Softlogic Holdings bought a 73.5 percent stake in Asian Alliance Insurance, a listed insurer, for 3,308 million rupees, a stock exchange filing said.
