SimCity 4 has a single expansion pack known as Rush Hour which adds additional features to the game. SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition is the original game and Rush Hour combined as a single product.SimCity 4 and Windows VistaSimCity 4 will work with Windows Vista, however a powerful system is recommended. For example, 2 GB of RAM, a 512 MB graphics card, and a dual core processor of at least 2GHz should be sufficient.
