True, the staff in some offices can be quite slovenly, but in my case, when I got the Entree package first, the SLT guy who handled the case was very helpful - informed me about the 1 GB limit, told me to check the usage meter, and if I saw that my usage pattern fits the "heavy user" category, to upgrade to the Home Express package (which is exactly what I did, after just 5-6 days, when I got to know that 1GB was way too small for me!) My bills have been quite reasonable ever since. Anyway, u could easily have got the same info if u just visited the SLT website (<a href="http://www.sltnet.lk/" target="_blank">http://www.sltnet.lk/</a>) and checked "Services/Broadband." Still for all, I have no complaints about SLT Broadband...
