We had internet from 1996 onwards, and we were the first in South Asia to offer commercial packages, same for 3G, 4G. We had unlimited internet packages (ADSL) from the early 2000s. Mobile internet was cheap, most of the 90s generation were introduced to the internet using 3G, 4G dongles with reasonable speeds.
