In May SLT without even informing throttled and limited my account starting at 15GB s. I've been trying to get these officials at Havelock town to resolve this issue amicably without imposing a limit on my unlimited account. They are a stubborn bunch and won't return my calls. They wait for me to call and the only official who's dealing with disgruntled customers is in  never ending conferences for the past 2 business days.Any help in this regard is appreciated.Thanks</blockquote>
