Philander accepted the charge "without contest", according to a statement from the International Cricket Council.Philander is the second South African found to have tampered with the ball after <a href="http://www.cricket.com.au/news-list/2013/10/26/south-africans-deny-ball-tampering-claims" target="_blank">Faf du Plessis pleaded guilty</a> to doing so last October during a Test against Pakistan in the UAE.Du Plesses was fined 50 per cent of his match fee after he was caught on television rubbing the ball over a zipper on his trouser pocket. The ball was changed and Pakistan was awarded five penalty runs.</blockquote>
