See if this fixes it.

Make a shortcut of the single player executable in the SCDA-Offline folder, and append -ll in the the target space in the shortcut's properties. Use that shortcut to launch the game.

Please note that you always install the latest drivers especially for newer games because they fix a lot of bugs in the driver for these games.

Goto the directory (Place that you installed Game) C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\System,

Create a shortcut for SplinterCell4.exe, and into this shortcut (Target Field) add "C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Double Agent\SCDA-Offline\System\SplinterCell4.exe" -ll

It will work.....
