Stop charging Stamp duty on Asset value, charge Fee for registration similar to UAE,you will end up with more revenue since people are less likely to stay in the same place for too long. Sales of properties would rise. So will the Economy pick up. Let the schools and university be managed by parents appointed management board.  Charge no Duty or VAT on things tourists buy in Sri Lanka.We need a lean and strong Government not Big Fat Bureaucratic Government. Public and Private sector employee , Non Resident Sri Lankans should be treated in the same in Importation of Vehicles to this country.  </blockquote>
