They should be bought under one Ministry. Munciple council,Provincial council, UDA. It is all doing the same thing.All three should bought under Provincial councils. There are some clinics run by munciple councils ,provincial council, Health ministry. Health ministry should be a regulator  should not run hospitals. Provincial council should run it too. Government should devolve power.There is too many RDA too. Province has it own RDA and Central Government has its own. Why can't central government be a regulator and give provinces to run RDA. Then there is TRC and PUC, which should be bought under Public utility Commision.  In Labour there is EPF ,ETF , Foreign Employment, Local Employment.All of which should be bought under one umbrella. Central bank has no business destroying EPF by buying into government bonds. It should allow EPF to purchase foreign assets too so people's money do not depreciate with Rupee devaluation. No matter which ever party Government has messed up big time. SLFP, UNP, JVP, SLMC, TNA.All are in the same boat. We elect different parties so as to change the policies. But these people are destroying Sri Lankan people by uniting together.There is too much courruption going on under the table. At the end of the day people of this country is paying the price with higher taxes. </blockquote>
