The 28 Indians  and 3 Nepalese are being held at a detention center in Mirihana.      Meanwhile the police central crimes division added that it is on the  lookout for the Sri Lankan agent involved in the racket to bring down  Indians and other South Asians to Sri Lanka using false documents with  the intention of sending them to Dubai for employment.      The Indian and Nepalese were residing at a lodge located in Pettah and  had come to Sri Lanka after they had been given an assurance by an agent  in India that they could proceed to Dubai from Sri Lanka to seek  employment.      The police central crimes division added that some 400 foreigners, with  false documents, are believed to be hiding in various parts of Sri  Lanka waiting for their turn to depart to Dubai and other countries for  employment.dailymirror</blockquote>
