If Sri Lankan wants to achieve profitablity then seating should not like a budget airline. It should be like posh Qatar Airways. No Saris please. Decent dress will do. seating width should be more and length for leg space should be more. peole should be given comfy fluffy pillows, soft seats. Quickly swap aircraft each year for a new craft for fuel efficiency. Do not need to keep the aircraft until end of life at the point it is of no use. Aircraft are like toilet tissue ,use and throw.
