During war all parties use this tactic like for example during WWI the British spread the message that the Germans were making soap out of the dead bodies of soldiers. The British later revealed that this was a lie after the war. Anyway Military Intelligence also has a lot of assets working for them in the L.T.T.E. notwithstanding the great Millennium Park betrayal which compromised many agents.</p></blockquote><p></p>
