Message: <blockquote data-quote="lankeshwara_the_great" data-source="post: 4396782" data-attributes="member: 153232">i think that we don't have much to worry about that. as i came to know this has been done intentionally by the central bank, Sri Lanka..it's because we are gonna get a huge sum of money by the UN or some other country  as donations for the development of the country. but they have put some conditions for that. the first condition is to stabilize the value of the rupee with reference to the US $. a country like Sri Lanka we can never predict what will happen to the economy in the next day. So it's hard to maintain the current value of the rupee for long.
