Although the man had bleeding wounds on his hand and neck, he was reportedly conscious.Police immediately cordoned off the area and managed to convince him to drop the knife after negotiating with him. No passenger was harmed in this incident.The incident was reported around 10:30 AM, at which point an officer saw the individual holding a knife to his neck and called for additional assistance.
