Thero highly appreciated the bravery and heroism of the President H.E. Mahinda Rajapaksa and that of the armed forces in defeating the most ruthless terrorist organization in the world. To mark this auspicious moment in Sri Lanka's history, Ambassador Sarath Dissanayake and the staff of the Sri Lankan Embassy in Kuwait handed over a scroll carrying a special message of appreciation to the Most Ven.
