But u can't rule out and say they have worse universities in the world.If u check world university ranks, u'll see Indian universities not even a Single Sri Lankan university. IIT and all world class universities in India. I'm not sure about medical stuff but for Technology side India has world class universities.Than studying in some stupid UK university with poor world ranking, I'd prefer to study in some world class Indian or Chinese university.
