This is how I did it.I am happy to teach them everything I know + I am planning to pay minimum of 30,000 per month and maximum internship period is 6 months and Remote work.Since these are my products, I am not planning to put much of pressure on them. Just need around 8Hrs of work on the weekdays. And if they need to go to the university those are excused also.And I have more than 100 courses I have purchased from Udemy for me and I give access to those also for them.I dont like to keep them more than 6 months as interns even they like to stay. I don't have the budget yet to promote them to ASE and pay at least 50-80K to them.So now my question is, is it okay if I ask them to find a company for ASE position after 6 months?Then hiring a new batch of interns to continue the projects.Or is there any better way of doing this?</blockquote>
