If you didn't  submit your website click on the "Add a Property" Button as shown in  the picture<img src="http://www.topseotip.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Capture.png" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />webmaster tool screenThen you will be asked to enter site name with "http://www."<img src="http://www.topseotip.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Capture2-300x128.png" alt="" class="fr-fic fr-dii fr-draggable " style="" />submit to google webmaster toolok.  now you need to verify ownership of the website. google will ask you to  upload an html file to your "public_html" root folder in your cPanel to  do this. also there are some alternate method to do this but I'm  recommend you to use file upload method.
