Supplementation directly links with nutrition in this case. It doesn't matter where does the nutrients come from (most of the time), it provides your body the right nutrients for growth it will grow! So what is the role of supplements then? Well supplements does the same job as food does, it provides necessary nutrients to our bodies. Then why supplements over food? Well there are two answers for this. Mainly it's for convenience! Imagine reaching a daily target of 180-200 grams of protein without using protein shakes? It's an arduous task in the modern environment due to the lack of QUALITY foods around us. This is one reason why we use supplements..the foods we consume today are lack of quality nutrients. Reason number two is to provide the right food timing. The post-work out meal is considered the golden meal of the day for BBs. It should be taken within half an hour once you finish your workout! Using quick absorbing proteins (Whey-protein) is highly recommended at this state since it will promote in maximum muscle growth! </span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: 'Arial'"><span style="font-size: 15px">Those (lazy arse) people claim that whey-protein or protein powders to be unnatural! But my question is since when is WHEY unnatural???<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/shocked.gif" class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":shocked:" title="Shocked :shocked:" data-shortname=":shocked:" /> If this is the case is milk powder artificial too?? Whey protein has the same concept of milk powder..its the dry state of whey! Whey is natural and humans consumed Whey for thousands of years.
