We want a balancing in which comes improvement in efficiency in both the private and public sectors.Furthermore, this statement of "there's no free lunch" is besides the point that governments can and should uplift people through social welfare programs. It has been proved that one will attain a more developed society through developed social programs, which means investing in people by offering better health services and education, thus creating more jobs. This is simply an over-simplification of an issue where most people want to see a system work for all and not for the selected few.Public sector reform is necessary, but jobs or service cuts without planning will result in more problems than solutions.</blockquote>
