(i.e SLIIT and UCSC people they are hiring as Associate Software Engineers and salary is 35000/-)If you think of your freedom rather than salary then IFS is a better choice because they never keep u after 5.00pm for any reason....If u are competent the educational qualifications do not matter much in IT field and above are the salaries u are going to get as a fresh graduate passing out from the uni.....</blockquote>
