If possible,  take it to a battery shop and check coil & rectifier are working properly.04. PerformanceIf all are good & genuine, it will do 100-105 kmph & 38-45 kmpl. Japanese GN won't do 50, it's a myth.I had one V, rode it about 2 years & 45000km. very fucking comfortable compared to Indian bikes for long ranges.sold it and brought a Volty. Still miss it. very reliable & solid bike.05.
