Machan the prices vary according to the school, place, country, the fuel price there, regulations and aircraft they use. Different countries have different minimum requirements for their licenses so that affects the prices too. From what I've researched during the time I was looking for a place to go is that, USA is one of the cheapest places to get flight training. But also one of the best places to get flight training. In my opinion the best country in terms of recognition of licenses and standard of flight training is the UK. One reason being that is, its under the European Aviation Safety Agency, and all licenses given are EASA licenses. However, this does not mean every European country is good. But the UK specifically, from experience, has a very high standard of training. The only downside is, its very expensive there. If I had the chance to go there and finish my training, I'll happily take it. That means, if you can go there, go for it. If you take the cost factor and standard of training, then the best option is USA. For examples, no landing charges in almost all airport. The living cost in America is cheaper as well. At the end of the day where ever you train and what ever license you have, if you go get a job in some other country you have to convert it. What matters is, what license is going to be the least hassle to convert and what license is going to get you a job. The EASA and FAA(USA) licenses are good anywhere, and so are the Australian and New Zealand licenses. For the prices, you have to contact the schools and get it directly from them. Roughly, I would say make it 70,000 US Dollars, just as an estimate. One thing you have to keep in mind is that, the prices that schools give you are only calculated according to the minimum hours required to get a license. By the end of your training and by the time your ready to go for the check ride, most probably your gona have flown higher than your minimum, so you'll have spent more. Its the same in pretty much all schools. So just keep that in mind. Not saying its not possible, but its highly unlikely, to be ready for the check ride with only the minimum hours required in hand. Good luck in looking for schools machan. Hope this helped you. Let me know if any more information is needed machan.
