Mate.. just tell me how you describe the way of convert.. as far as i know there's nothing done by "forcefully". Most of the convertees are greedy to money or other presents. This problem arise for our Catholics also. But what we can do..just we have to explain and should learn our Catholics about extremist Christians..

Its shame that most of you didn't know that there's not hike in Catholic or Christian population in Sri Lanka in recent past. It theres such evidence prove it. So how did you say theres such a big problem. These are bullshit. Theres enough temples in Western Catholic countries. We saw that some foreigners convert to Buddhism. but nobody cry over that. I think these kind threads are trying to make problems among religions in our country.

Most of the groups happen to be non-catholic; such as born again Christians. Perhaps you're not aware of the problem but my Catholic friend tells me they face the same problem-Catholics are converted to these other cult groups. One of my Catholic neighbours, an old uncle, chases away the 'messengers' from 'bola palliya'; he sees them as enemies of religion.
