A guy rapes and murders... Now that's 2 crimes right there according to our legal system... rape & murder... and if you take rape there are many categories that the criminal belongs to such as..Rape, Aggravated Rape, Statutory Rape, Incest etc. etc.For each of these.. the punishment also varies... for example for Rape a criminal would get up to 20 Years Imprisonment + Fine + Compensation for Victimfor Aggravated Rape Minimum punishment would be 10 years plus all other "bonuses" <img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/lol.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":lol:" title="LOL    :lol:" data-shortname=":lol:" /> And according to your scenario the guy now faces 2 charges... rape and murder and 2 punishment...1 for rape / aggravated rape that will cost him 20 years + capital punishment or life imprisonment for murder + Fine + Compensation for Victim.....and murder is totally a different arena mind you!So lets say yet another guy get caught raping someone else, but not killing her....then probably he will get 7 to 20 years in prison... now that's deserving.. because he is lesser criminal than the earlier guy who not only raped but killed!! So rehab is just a part of it working alongside this system...its NOT THE ONLY THING!!! Yup.. Lets hope Arabs will quit smoking too.. Aiyo!!! Dont type whatever comes to your mind.... I said mostly the root cause is MONEY, and there are separate rules to punish such people.. dont you know? (Because I think its related)I dont understand why would you think the system is not important.. because we are comparing two different streams of ruling...
