This is the BIGGEST issue even though you mentioned it in a single sentence "PROVEN 100% WITH ALL THE EVIDENCE" is still very much questionable in Middle East law....because evidence is only acceptable and hold up in a court of law only if they can justify and relate to the story and survive the accused questions (or his lawyer's)...So there's evidence and legitimate evidence!!!So if we already have a legal system why worry? Countries cannot implement rules that contradict their core elements which their institution has been formed! No matter what you say, how effective the crime control method...there's no way that these kind of laws can co-exist with democracy! If so please tell me how!Funny indeed.. I feel the same way about Arabs!!!Thank god we dropped the Monarchy and enter democracy otherwise this WAR would have never started in the 1st place because there will be no ethnic groups in Sri Lanka..because if this was not a democratic country the problems could have solved very easily...
